All Prepaid PM (Preventative Maintenance) customers receive priority service & discounts on repairs.

We can perform annual tune-up [or preventative maintenance] on your heat and cooling systems. The spring preventative maintenance information is mailed in April with appointments scheduled in May. We can only perform maintenance on central air conditioning and ductless split systems.
 

The fall preventative maintenance information is mailed in August/September and appointments are scheduled through October. Prices vary per fuel type and equipment but you will receive the information specific for your needs. Humidifiers are serviced during the fall PM.
 

All service techs have attended schooling and carry proper and necessary licenses and certification to allow them to work in your home.
